The "Sock-It-To-Me" Cake Recipe was a huge hit with my family this weekend. My mom use to bake this #cake back in the 70's and 80's. Of course I used chopped pecans to the filling for an additional crunchy texture when eating a slice. Goes great with coffee, ice tea, or a good cold glass of milk. You can find the recipe on my "Recipes from the Kitchen" page. Happy Baking!
