It was a beautiful evening to enjoy a glass of Gascon Reserva Malbec here in the Lone Star state. No humidity or mosquitos certainly makes being outdoors a true delight.
The 1st annual Southwest Louisiana Hot Air Balloon Festival was held during the weekend of July 19 back in Lake Charles, LA. As the sun began setting ... the colors of the hot air balloons became even more vibrant. I am so happy that we got to experience this first-hand. Can't wait to attend next year's festival.
Working on my patio tonight ... finally found just the right string lights at Costco yesterday. Looks like I need to go buy one more box to complete the job. And then there will be light.
